StructuredOps™ Applied AI Enablement
Controlled AI enablement for workflows that have been explicitly designed and validated. Not a product. Not a deployment. A deliberate operating decision.
We do not sell AI tools. We do not recommend software. We enable AI on workflows that have earned it.
Applied AI Enablement is the third stage of the StructuredOps™ sequence. It begins only when a workflow has been assessed, designed, and explicitly cleared for automation. That is not a formality — it is the operating model.
For organisations that have done the work to earn enablement.
- Organisations that have completed both the Assessment and Workflow Design stages and received an ENABLE verdict
- Leadership teams ready to make a deliberate, scoped decision about where AI operates within their workflows
- Organisations that want structured operating rules, not ad hoc AI adoption
This is not for
- Organisations that have not completed the prior stages
- Teams looking for an AI tool recommendation or comparison
- Businesses wanting to "pilot AI" informally
Four deliverables. Governed by design.
The specific scope of each Applied AI Enablement engagement is defined at the Handover Pack stage. Deliverables are workflow-specific but operate within a consistent framework.
Enablement Scope Document
Defines exactly which AI capability is being applied, to which step or steps of which workflow, under what conditions.
Operating Rules
The rules governing how AI operates within the workflow: triggers, escalation points, override conditions, and monitoring requirements.
Run / Stop / Scale verdict
An ongoing operating decision reviewed at defined intervals: continue running, stop and review, or scale to additional workflow steps.
Monitoring Framework
The metrics and review cadence that keep AI enablement within agreed boundaries.
Three possible outcomes.
Reviewed at defined intervals.
Continue
AI is operating within agreed parameters. Continue with monitoring.
Review
A condition has been triggered that requires human review before continuing. Not a failure — a designed safeguard.
Expand
The enabled workflow is stable and a specific adjacent step has been cleared for expansion.
If your workflow has been designed and cleared for enablement, the next step is a scoping conversation.
We'll define the Enablement Scope and Operating Rules together.
